Ashley Blazer Biden, the daughter of Jill Jacobs Biden and President Joseph R. Biden Jr., married Dr. Howard David Krein, the son of Bunny Lipner Krein and Stanley Krein of Cherry Hill, New Jersey, on Saturday evening.
Rabbi Joseph Forman assisted the Rev. David F. Murphy, a Roman Catholic priest, at St. Joseph on the Brandywine Church in Greenville, Del.
Ashley Biden husband: Who is Howard Krein?
Dr. Krein, an otolaryngologist and plastic surgeon at Thomas Jefferson University Hospitals in Philadelphia, is 55 years old. He’s also a director of the Herbert Kean Center for Facial Aesthetics and an assistant professor of otolaryngology/head and neck surgery.
He earned a medical degree from Thomas Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia after graduating from Rutgers University. He also holds a Ph.D. in cell and developmental biology from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey’s Robert Wood Johnson Medical School.
Dr. Krein’s mother works as a cardiologist physician assistant at Cooper University Hospital in Camden, New Jersey. His father, who is now retired, worked for Aetna U.S. Healthcare in Mount Laurel, New Jersey, as a director of marketing.
