Doug Ramsey, COO of the food company Beyond Meat, was detained on Saturday night after allegedly biting a man’s nose at a college football game in a parking garage in Fayetteville, Arkansas.
The incident is believed to have happened after the University of Arkansas vs. Missouri State football game, probably after 10:00, in a parking lot close to Razorback Stadium.
A police officer responded to reports of a disturbance and found “two individuals with bleeding faces” there.
The Subaru “inched his way” in front of Ramsey’s Bronco as he was leaving the parking lot, damaging the front passenger-side tire, the officers discovered after speaking with both of them and a witness.
After exiting his car, Ramsey “punched through the back glass of the Subaru.”
The Subaru’s driver got out of the car next. Ramsey claimed he “got him in close and started hammering his torso.” The owner’s nose was bit by Ramsey, who reportedly tore the skin on the tip with his teeth, the report states.
Ramsey “threatened to kill” the owner of the Subaru, the witness told the police.
