On June 14, 1993, Frank Dominick Clark, a defensive end for the National Football League’s Kansas City Chiefs, was born. He played football for Michigan in college.
When Clark was a junior, the coaches selected him for the second team of the 2013 All-Big Ten, and the media gave the team an honourable mention. The Seattle Seahawks selected Clark in the second round of the 2015 NFL Draft.
Under the direction of head coach Ted Ginn Sr. at Glenville High School, Clark played a number of positions, but he showed little interest in the one that Ginn believed he was most naturally suited for (outside linebacker or defensive end).
He had 70 tackles and 19 sacks on defence as a senior, indicating that he was particularly concerned with playing safely.
