Peter John Kay is an English actor, singer, and stand-up comic. He’s written, produced, and acted in a number of television and cinema projects, as well as three novels.

The Wheelyboat, which will be located at the Anderton Centre in Chorley, will allow disabled persons to participate in aquatic sports activities.
Kay, who has already visited the centre with his children, has voiced his expectation that it will provide “a tremendous deal of pleasure.”
