One of the two Muskogee brothers, Ondreil Smith, is the suspect, and he is now facing charges and the death penalty for an alleged assault on Tulsa County Jail officials.
Keith and Glynn Williams died as a result of his actions. He killed them both at a parking lot in the 5600 block of East Skelly.
So he’s been facing jail since 2018, and according to court documents, he’s been charged with over a half-dozen offenses.
He faces the death penalty as well. So, if we go back a year, the District Attorney Steve Kunzweiler’s determination that “the penalty of death should be charged to the Tulsa Man” has been assigned their target.

The marital status of Ondriel Smith, as well as his potential family members and connections, are unknown. In a previous domestic violence case, the criminal was accused of abusing his ex-girlfriend before shooting her in the leg.
